“The City Centre BID was seeking a partner to develop a joint procurement service to deliver additional benefits to its members/clients. Zone4Biz Ltd were considered amongst others, and proposed an attractive and cost effective solution which was piloted successfully earlier this year. Since the pilot, we have worked very closely with Zone4Biz to continue the roll out of services.
Our two organisations have formed an excellent working relationship, and have received positive feedback from individual businesses and via our regular retail forum group meetings.
The initiative was initially focussed on independent retailers, but is now extending into our professional business members and to some of our more iconic organisations, almost all of whom have welcomed this as a positive and proactive approach to helping them in these harsh trading times.

The Bureau are very happy with the service we have received from Zone4Biz.
We have used their recommended telecoms supplier, and have now switched away from BT for both lines and system. The transfer went smoothly in both cases, and it has already made us considerable savings on call charges, overall in the region of £3000 per year.
